Could also be argued that running on the treadmill for longs runs may have contributed to him getting crushed at the World Half Champs and not running up to his potential in the marathon.
As for your B.S. about him getting mobbed. Give me a break I've seen Meb running in Boston along the Charles river before the marathon and not get mobbed. Who do you think Mo is the Beatles?
More than likely Salazar had him on the mill as you call it for softer surface recovery purposes.
It appears you are the childish person calling people stupid.
No, it is very stupid to claim Farah ran 20 miles in 90-100 minutes on an easy day. I can't help but point that out.
Mo Farah is far more well known and popular in the UK than Meb is in the states. 20 million people in the UK watched Farah's 2012 5k final. Everyone knows Farah and he looks very distinctive in the population. He 100% would attract media. If he ran in Bushy park, where many decent athletes train, he would definitely be recognised constantly and people are bound to try and get autographs etc. Cannot believe you are comparing Meb to Mo.
Maybe the treadmill is not the best training for him, I don't know, or care? I never claimed that it was better to train on the treadmill than the roads. I just provided reasons why road running in London is far from ideal. If anything the traffic issue is the biggest problem.
