Racing a marathon in October:
Running about 40 to mid 50 mpw currently but I'll be upping that into the 60s and 70s in the next few weeks.
6'3" - 220
Marathon PR of 3:25:XX on about 30 to 40mpw
Raced 10m this Tuesday in 1:10:15
Wanted to try and run 7mm for the race
Do I have enough time to train myself into shape?
Can it be done?
