17:26 for my first go at the age of 19. Ended up with a 16:56 PR at 21. Now I'd probably run about 25 flat.

23:35 at 14 after about 3 days of running. 21:35 a week later. 4 years later at 15mp, senior year, 16:45. Injured all the time through college and never ran a 5k when healthy anyway so never bettered it.

I started running again on Labor Day 2015 at age 49, and ran 28:00 on New Year's Day. On July 2, I ran a short 5K (2.96 miles on my GPS) in 22:25.
Started at 14 at 22:15. Now 26 and my best is 15:46.
I ran 25:XX or 26:XX when I was 10, now 19 and ran 16:38.
Started freshman year, 21:11, currently at 18:11 (Rising Jr.)
21:19 age 15. Currently my best is 17:47
Going into Jr year of high school. Shooting for 17:00 minute 5k
14 yrs old - 22:45, 90+ degrees that day, ran 20:30 I think 2 weeks later in cooler conditions.
20 yrs old - 15:20, ~90 degree day
