If I was driving to your house and I told you that I expected to arrive in "at least 15 minutes," you'd assume that I was going to arrive in 15 minutes or more, right? But you're saying that if I was running instead of walking and I made the same statement, you would automatically assume that I expected to arrive in 15 minutes or less? To qualify for the Olympics in the 1500 for men you have to run at least 3:36.20 to be eligible.
