I basically ran this exact workout around when I ran my PR for 5000m. I ran 14:19. My 3000 PR was an indoor 8:20.
But I will say that I ran the workout solo on the one hand, but on the other, the workout was pretty challenging for me - I certainly didn't feel relaxed. There is some chance that I took slightly longer rest too - hard to know for sure since this dates back to 1994.
If I ran that workout and were racing 5000m next week, I'd go out running 67s and see how I felt, expecting to creep up to 68 or maybe 69 for some period of time before dropping the hammer to finish.
