So after the team runs in the morning and I take my three classes I usually have about 2 hours until the next practice. So what would be better to do, take a nap and recover a bit mid day, or do some weight strengthining, aqua jogging, or injury preventive workouts? I've been doing the naps this summer and I feel like it helps a lot hit my mileage (about 90-100)
Ideas? Suggestions?
