I'm dealing with a sports hernia blah blah. It's been about almost two months. I haven't ran but I'm still continuing a strengthening program and got an appointment with a pt tomorrow. 3 weeks
ago I ran on my street up and down just to test it and I had bad pain both sides of my calves and even above the knees. Today I did the same and it's the same thing. Thing that's concerning though is that those areas were never even hurting and all I did was take a break unwillingly for a sports hernia. Now they're hurting but only when running. Normal or what's wrong?
