I must have run the same race this year because the prior course record was 13:54. I barely dipped under for a 13:53.

Oh so that was you and not them...see post immediately above...
Seems that race was on a Saturday. If I remember correctly the following day I raced a hillier course and was able to pull victory in 13:52

12:35 as a warm up before my speedwork this morning. Usually my 5k warm up is 13:15, but I felt like picking it up a little today. Granted it's not an official time, but it was a legit time on a track.
