Working back into shape after an injury that kept me out for almost a year.
PRs: 5k- 14:30, 3k- 8:25, 1500- 3:50.
Workout was in 95 degree heat and very humid with a heat index of around 103
1600, 1200, 800, 2x400, 3x200 with 4 minutes rest between the first 3 reps and then 2 minutes between the 400's and 200's.
Times: 1600 - 5:10. 1200 - 3:48. 800 - 2:28. 400's - 67, 68. 200's - 32, 33, 31.
Effort was pretty high and I didn't have much left at the end.
