Last year i was a freshman and ran 24:42 and 30:45. But i was only doing 55-60 miles a week and was low on iron. This indoor season i only made it through half and got injured but ran 3k-5k in 8:18 and 14:32. I want to know what i can run this cross season if i get up to 70 mpw and do the littlw things to stay healthy and fit. My tempo runs havent been as fast as last year yet but its early. I do feel a lot stronger than i did last year on long runs and tempos but not as fast yet. I wanna be really good this season and make it to nationals but my teams not as good this year. Can i make it alone?
