I was diagnosed with a stress reaction 8 days and stopped running. I had a tender stop on tibia that hurt to press on and it hurt to run. After resting for 8 days I have no pain when pressing in on it and have no pain walking around doing daily activities. I tried hopping on my leg 10 times and also felt no pain.
Everything I read says you can start running again if you feel no pain doing normal daily tasks. Is this true? My doctor said to take 3 weeks off
