Nice. I'm new faculty at Mt. SAC. I hope this pans out.

No it doesn't.

Actually. It does.
Where the eff is Mt Sac University?
Walnut, California - suburban L.A. Basically due east of the city by Covina, Chino. But no as far east as Riverside, San Bernandino. North of Fullerton, Anaheim.
Going against my better judgment, I'll assume you are not a troll. Mt. SAC is a two-year college in Walnut, California about 20 miles or so from LA. It hosts the Mt. SAC Relays. Elites regularly compete at the meet and have set some WRs.
Put a temp track in the Rams stadium, stupid.
Mt SAC track needed the update, especially to the grandstands. The trick will be to build the world class facility they promise and not mess with the worlds greatest XC course they have!

Actually, It does, in an exaggerated sense.
Using a dozen different tracks?
If you haven't heard of Mt. Sac (worlds largest prep HS race) or the Mt.Sac Relays are you even a runner? And what are you doing here?

Yes, you are stupid. They would have to run in the stands because the field will be too small.
Nice and dry in L.A. in the summer months.
Penn should bid and hold it at Franklin Field. Access to almost 40 million people within about a 3 hour drive. Plenty of options for hotels, things to do, mass transit, airports, etc
Sure you have to deal with heat and humidity..but if you can make the team in that crap, you truly deserve to go.
Mt. Sac College (a very nice 2-year college) in Walnut is adjacent to Cal Poly Pomona--a graduate level university. It is only mile miles from the Ontario Airport.

You idiot. Just add dirt and extract dirt to raise the field. Crews do it all the time at Monster Truck and Moto Cross events worldwide.

Take that extra 0 off and it would be more accurate.
Mt Sac is an abbreviation for "Mount San Antonio College." So saying "Mt. Sac College" is redundant. It's like referring to your "PIN number."
