Yes. I've got 1200 miles on a pair of Saucony's with the last 600 being treadmill. I usully only get 400 to 600 with my road shoes.
I think a good portion of the difference is due to only running straight ahead.

Do you use a different model for treadmill vs. outdoors? I don't but have often wondered if this would make some sense.
