Garcia did what Montano would have done..
Efraimson is fast becoming one of my favorite runners - girl has heart
Pretty sure Engels knocked Palmer down. Gave him a bow.
The Friday beats are up- except the 1500m (M & W).
Probably appeals for impeded runners are in progress.
Rewatch Sareel's race. The head on shot shows him move from inside of lane one to lane two, cutting off Engels.
Hold your line. He didn't, tripped a guy, and got DQ'ed as a consequence.

Yup. It looked like any cramp or whatever injury Saarel got, was AFTER hitting legs. Not before.

Yeah it's illegal to watch Nbc/Usatf streaming, and that's why it always sucks.

You clearly lack cultural literacy. The term "Double Dumbarse," is a line from one of the most successful movies of all time.

In the LRC Recap of the race they mentioned that Quigley and Frerichs being in the same graduating class from Missouri. Talking a friend of mine who coaches in the state, she points out that the 2nd place finisher in that race (who also beat both of the future Olympians) was actually in the steeple tonight as well. Jessica Jackson got married and now competes as Jessica Kamilos. Pretty impressive that one medium sized state can produce a graduating class with 3 of the Olympic trials finalists in a single event.
Well she had a torn plantar fascia coming in, so that might have something to do with it. What guts try to line up.

Here are the results to that race (2010):

Missouri has produced some very good runners in the past 5+ years.
