Decath is heating up
Eaton leads from Taiwo and Ziemek
I really hope Curtis beach can step it up, he had an awful shot and high jump.
I don't think he makes the team though.
Ziemek won the discus throw with a 48.17

WILLIAMS IS OUT
Harrison Wiliams from Stanford just no heighted in the pole vault
Day 3 is kind of a doozy
Curtis beach is done at 4.65, these have not been a good two days for him, I don't think he has any kind of shot at making this team.
Bahner and Scantling are now out at 4.95
Ziemek over 5.05m

Now over 5.15, he's really killing pole vault right now
Taiwo over 4.55m, but he's just getting started
Has anyone got a stream that will work?

Have you tried
http://stream.nbcolympics.com/track-and-field-trials-day-3-host(linked through overall Trials listing at
http://www.usatf.tv/gprofile.php?do=news&act=search&mgroup_id=45365&news_id=406403&year=2016&mgroup_event_id=49).
Eaton and Ziemek over 5.25,
Ziemek out at 5.35, Eaton passing all attempts at 5.35.
Don't know if he's bowing out of more tries, or if he's passing at a height only .05 from his pb

Eaton has left the PV comp
Gonna be a great battle between Taiwo and Scantling for second.
Scantlings got a great jav, and taiwo has a far better 1500m
Taiwo does not get 4.95
It'll be between him and scantling for 3rd.

NBC Live Extra app
nbcolympics.com coverage is great with Tom Feuer announcing. He knows the sport and they are covering all of the events that NBC isn't covering live.
Scantling just bombed a 2 meter pb in the Javelin 69+ meters. It's going to come down to the 1500 unless Taiwo pb's by 4+meters.
Taiwo is so much better than Scantling at 1500m. He would have to have a terrible JT to not earn his ticket to Rio.
Scantling lost it in the 400m (2.00 slower than his PB)
However, everybody in the field had at least one bad event.

would have to agree, I think taiwo is gonna make it, unless he has a bad 1500m
Women's high jump, everyone relevant is over 1.84
Eaton isn't throwing super well, Taiwo isn't either
This gonna be a tough battle between Taiwo and Scantling for 3rd.
Scantlings got a 90 point lead, but Taiwo has a much better 1500m.
Taiwo may be tired from all those jumps in the pole vault, we'll see if he can execute.
1.89 is proving to be a tough height for a lot of these women,
only 3, chaunte, vashti, and whitehorn have cleared it
