Most of the FloTrack crew is good at most things other than staying professional and following rules. Their commentary is annoying, I overheard a timing official at USATF Juniors complaining about how big of a pain in the arse it was to work with them. They are constantly ripping off other media outlets, though, and I'm glad they finally got in actual trouble for doing so. There is a reason Nike, New Balance, USATF, AthleticsCanada, and Athletic.net are all partnered with Runner Space. Runner Space also doesn't have any original commentators that I know of, they just get professionals to call their streams for them. FloTrack overall provides decent content when they actually provide content that is their own.
MileSplit on the other hand is a shitshow. Not only do they post other people's content without permission, they take all the credit. Also, their staff is terrible. It seems MileSplit is full of grown adults who try to make friends with all of the elite athletes. Boring interviews, no knowledge, and just bad overall coverage from MileSplit.
