Also, look for a different model of xc's coming out this year. They use the same upper as the xc 3's, but go back to the rubber sole of xc 2's. No one wants that plastic horseshoe of junk on the xc 3's.
didnt notice it the horseshoe plate was plastic. that would have been nice to know before ordering a pair. So they are basically the matumbos just nike is calling them xc 3s and adding new colors.
These? seem to be a little heavier than the xc 2's....

Look up the nike zoom victory 3 waffle. I find that the forefoot dosent have much cushioning on them making them "hurt" on rocky terrain
