I know that Ethiopian officials tend to change their minds. Do we know for sure that they're going to send the top threes in Hengelo to Rio?
Yes, since everyone is competing.
Startime 10 000m Man 20.45 CET
15:45 New York
Still did not find any live stream.
this
the strong prediction is that bekele still cannot do any speedwork like he was in 2012 and will place fourth in rio 10000m. he is not able to run a fast 5000m and even if his injuries completely healed, he could not endure such a great amount of mileage required to outrun mo farah.
dono where u getting that 3:45 pm if start time is 20:00hrs and 20:45hrs Hengelo time.
Proud to have official livestreaming of the races tonight!!...thanks to organizers!!
So definitely no T. Dibaba and Defar? What can we read into that?
so where is ethiopian 5000m trials?
Not everyone - with T. Dibaba and Defar two of their best are missing

At the 2020 games, Bekele would be 38. At his last games, Gebrselassie was 35. What are you talking?

Is this the Ethiopian trials? Why else would Jeilan be running?
Hengelo is 6 hours ahead of New York and the Eastern seaboard, as stated before. I used to live in Holland. So it's at 2:40pm in New York and 11:40am in Los Angeles.

Will be very interesting to see Bekele and Ibrahim head to head on the track. The 2011 Worlds doesn't count, and they've raced over the roads once or twice too, but this one is a different situation.
Very exciting to watch them battle it out!
