Idiot
Yes but I like watching nothing.
Wouldn't it be easier just looking in a mirror?

Can we get someone to fly out there and make sure he didn't hop in that white car?

Bump your own posts often?
No, but you post the same thing over and over. Bet you are big on twitter and bet you've run the WS100 before.
Too bad Sage got sick. With Jim running the wrong way down a highway and almost drowning, he would have had a chance.
Grainy photo on irunfar of Jim either asking for directions or just getting out of a car that came from the boatramp of the rescue boat.

I think it's a picture of the viewfinder thing on a camera. Epic coverage indeed!
Course experts at finish line are guessing Jim Walmsley may have taken a 40-ish total minute detour before mile 93.5.

His first 100, leads from the front, gets rescued by a safety boat almost drowning, maintains CR until he runs off course, stands until he can ask for directions... wtf. I think he's burnt. Valiant effort. Poor guy.
Looks like about a 104 mile run today for Walmsley.
irunfar tweet from 2 mins ago says he lost about 40 mins on that detour -- Jim that is.
Word is flagging was stolen from area. Wow. Many may be off course.

They are saying he lost 40 minutes. He looks like he is shot. Andrew Miller, age 20, has a shot to catch him.

Empathy. Strange for this forum.
Stolen??? What kind of operation is WS running?

Ugh, this happened on a trail run I marked out. Some Sierra Club idiot decided it was graffiti and removed everything from the trail. F'ed up the run for everyone.

The next runner was almost an hour behind. Might have been fixed before they got there.
That sucksAlso, didn't seem like 2nd place was an hour behind Jim. Does anyone here have any clue how close 2nd and 3rd are to Jim. All I have is http://www.ultralive.net/ws100#tracking/leaders and the irunfar twitter feed.

Doubt it. He is spent. The turn he missed is supposedly a narrow path off of a wide road. He also didn't test run that part of the trail.

So, 54 minutes with 40 some minutes lost. The final miles get really interesting. Amazing if a 20 year old wins it.
