Could you imagine if JW bonks in the final miles like all ironman style and tries to crawl around the track while the boys and Sage pass him?

Here is some interesting info about Miller. Not an ultra newbie by any means. It's his ultra-running mom who got him inspired.
[Andrew ]Miller, 19, of Corvallis, Oregon, witnessed his mom finish two 50Ks each year for the past 10 years. After joining her on training runs, he soon completed his first ultra at age 14. Since then, he’s won the 2014 Waldo 100K, the Orcas Island 50K in 2014 and 2015, and the Georgia Death Race 68-miler this year. He finished third at the 2013 Pine to Palm 100, which he says was “completely different†than the shorter ultra distances. Now Miller is targeting Colorado’s Run Rabbit Run 100 as a goal race this September.

Live stream of the finish line begins in about 30 minutes (about 9:30 pm ET)
Why wasn't JW DQed at the rope crossing if he required a rescue boat to help him?
Being swept off his feet by strong currents was an Act of God and rescuers had to save him from certain death. Once that was resolved they let him continue the race on his own accord. There were angels watching over our poor boy Jimmy this day during the race. Amen.

That would be interesting. Especially since Sage is in 5th and going backwards, kind of doing his own Ironman bonk since he can't eat anything.

C'mon Laney! This is your chance to pass Sage! Redemption!
At Auburn Lakes Trails (mile 85), Andrew Miller looks great in second and 54 minutes back of leader Walmsley. #WS100

"Taking a couple strokes to cool off he quicky got sucked down the rapids requiring rescue from the safety boat."
This guy apparently got off the rope and started swimming to cool down. He then subsequently got caught in the rapids and required rescue from the safety boat. He should be DQed.

And this is why Ultras will never be taken seriously....

But, you are okay with pacers in the Men's Marathon, and sit and kick for 5k and 10k, correct.

LOL: Steeple isn't quite that treacherous.
Why is it still light out in Chicago, but pitch black at the finish line in Cali? Is the live feed not really live??
Kaci Lickteig is sticking in the lead for women and has began chic'ing some of the the fast guys who fell apart early.

The same reason they talked about that Bekele guy when he ran his last marathon.
