More impressive out of Virginia this year:
Drew Hunter's 1:48 and 3:58
Kate Murphy's 4:07 as a junior
Noah Lyles' 10.08
And we haven't even gotten to Noah's brother, Josephus, and Grant Holloway.
A super duper year in the commonwealth.

Yes, VA has turned out some outrageous HS/US Junior performances this year. But let's give Drew H. credit for dropping into the 3:57's, indoors -- it was this year's performance, after all.
2.2w but that would be 10.09 w2.0 so really movin. would be #3 HS all-time.
Pretty impressive. Even though Noah was held back one year he is still 18. Josephus is 17. Born one year and 4 days apart.

Oops. Missed the 100m final later. 10.08 it is. Windy both races.
And winny keloti (sp) 16:22 and foot locker champ
Rachel McArthur who beat Kate Murphy at states.
Grant isn't even the best athlete at his own school maybe. Lauren Ghee is a junior who got the Olympic standard in the 200. Ridiculous.
