Wheating has a good chance of getting in because USATF will take at least 30 and few guys will drop out, which always happens. (No big conspiracy here.) If he was a non-Nike athlete, everyone would be blasting USATF for not allowing him in.

He'll be there. He ran 3:38 this year, yet barely any Americans have even hit the trials standard this year. He's still better than the majority of Americans and has arguably had a better season than Manzano has, and he's going to the trials. True isn't running the 1500, nor is Mead or Jager and they all could run the 1500 if they wanted to. Plus Torrence isn't even running for the US anymore, and he was the US leader for over a month until he got permission to run for Peru/until True took the leading time. Wheating will be there; I don't see him making the team (I see it as Centro, Andrews and Blankenship), but he'll be there for sure.
How much you have on AW coming out with a cute video of him acting out a Disney musical scene?
Also, we've been hearing this "all growed up" story for the past 8 years. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me 7 more times, shame on Nike.
sure he will be hamming it up in some flocrap vidoes when he should be out getting a job or looking for a new coach
