Usain Bolt snap chatted a pic of a form that was titled Doping Control Notification from JADCO. He captioned it "They gave me 2 weeks off".
Im not the most well versed in the world anti doping forms. Could someone explain to me what this is and when/why it is usually issued?

They alerted him there were irregularities and told him to lay low for 2 weeks. JADCO still as corrupt as ever it seems

That form says you have been selected for a doping test.
He is saying he hasn't been tested for 2 weeks. I assume he is tested regularly otherwise.
That means he's been selected for a test and he needs to acknowledge the test and then give a sample within 60 minutes with some exceptions.
He can ignore it at least once, making up some reason not to be where he said he would be without a single consequence.

Can one of the Brojo's look into what exactly this is? Even if it's a joke I'm not sure why it's funny with the current affairs of Athletics. Specially when JADCO had a whistle blower stating they haven't really done any out of competition testing.
