Actually, he's two faced and many athletes know this. Constantly spreading rumors about others, always stirring the pot.
Meanwhile, isn't his agent involved with some of Aden's athletes? There was already the Tyson Gay connection.

Willis gets talked about because everyone followed his actions while he ran college in the US.
There are not too many foreign successful NCAA athletes.

Honestly who cares what a weird bogan has to say. He's hardly relevant and is flinging feces to promote his own personal brand.

I'm suggesting he's been wrong about a number of things, like his truly brain dead suggestion that all Kenyan runners should be removed from their home environment and forced to train in the UK. But he's right about law enforcement nabbing more cheats than testing.
That was a very sensible suggestion. If someone wants to compete in elite athletics, they have to be tested regularly. End of discussion. Currently Kenyan runners are hardly tested at all, making it all too easy for them to cheat. Kenya is lucky they are going to Rio at all, as currently we have no proof the athletes aren't doping, which is unfair on all the competitors that are tested regularly.

Then set up a fully staffed lab in Kenya. Simple. That would be way cheaper than forced removal from their homes and families. And why the UK? Because it's a trustworthy Anglo-Saxon country? You people just don't understand just how homesick many of us Kenyans get when we live abroad. Hard for you to believe I know, but there are large chunks of Africa that are not trying to emigrate to your cold, soulless, nations.
Willis never said the UK specifically. He simply said if a country is incapable of testing their athletes, then athletes from that country should train in a country that does have a strong testing infrastructure for atleast 10 months of the year. If an athlete doesn't want to make that sacrifice then they shouldn't be allowed to compete, because it is unfair on other athletes that are tested.
Kenya setting up a lab is what everyone would prefer, but independant out of competition testing was introduced three DECADES ago, yet Kenya still hasn't managed it, so it is time to look for alternate solutions. At the end of the day, what is less fair, an athlete getting slightly homesick, or an athlete missing out on success, global medals and thousands in prize money and sponsorship money because they are losing to untested dopers?

Erm, no he didn't. He was simply giving an example of how Kenyans training outside of Kenya can be successful. He NEVER said Kenyans should train in the UK, as you claim.

While I agree with that, I'd argue that it is all too easy for everyone to cheat. Point in case: Jama Aden's huge group. Targeted by IAAF since 2013, number of positive tests? 0. Ok, Driouch had abnormalities in his ABP, which however were covered up for over two years. And that's about it.
