Ryan Hall looks goof af. He needs to get back to his weight of 130.
Where are your data points? Why are you calling what he said false. He has a lot more to say if you read more.
STUPID
Bumping this due to his recent deadlift PR of 400 ibs.
Looks like he's traded focused fitness in one area for another. Good for him if it makes him happy. It will be interesting if he returns to 'hobby jogging' in middle age. I can only imagine him dusting the field at a local turkey trot. At least he's not golfing or x-fit, yet.
No wonder he can't run anymore.

All these stories that keep coming out about how Ryan Hall was so weak he struggled to make dinner or play with his kids, all because of his 'elite' level training are really getting on my nerves.
This guy was clearly either training extremely badly or he had something medically wrong with him. There are hundreds of elite athletes that train hard, bring back Olympic medals and are fine.
Running does not do this to you when used correctly.
Correct, his testosterone levels had completely bottomed out; and he didn't feel right about correcting them while competing as an elite marathoner.
I really hope this is an exaggeration. Everyone should be able to lift their luggage off of a conveyor belt.
