Probably 6:34 halfway?
That's a total guess from them coming through the line 100m later.

"tasty pace"
1:55 final 800 for sub 13. Might be doable if these guys really wind it up.
Jeilan doesn't look like he should be able to finish fast, but somehow he does it again.
Kejelcha has nothing in the last 100m every race - weak!
Jeilan looks to be getting back to his 2011 form.
Jeilan i back just in time to spank Mo again at Rio!
Jeilan is back just in time to spank Mo again in Rio!
PB for Jeilan believe it or not.
These guys can run 13:03 with everyone thinking they are crawling.
55 last lap won't scare Farah.
55.17 last lap, probably a bit under 55 for Jeilan. And he was taking it easy until the last 100 m.
The weather is truly atrocious. But it is Scandinavia.

No, it won't but let's be honest. With Ndikunot being in form, Farah isn't losing the 5000 (unless he's like sick or way off his game). He's most vulnerable in the 10,000.
Kamworor is a worthy rival and it's good to see Jeilan running well. But many Jeilan doesn't look smooth at all when he races.
Here are the 400h results

Jeilan has a really weird running style! But he's kicking hard the last 100m when in peak form!
Watch out Mo!

Jeilan would be running the 10,000m in Rio if selected, wouldn't he?
Of course he will be running the 10 000m!

Jeilan (a 10000m "specialist") just outkicked Edris and Kejelcha in their 5k specialty.
And Mo recently outkicked Jeilan in the 10k. No reason to be worried.
Jeilan will be the only one going with the pace in Rio....
Here's my prediction : Jeilan, Kamworor, Tanui, Farah, Karoki....
