could oregon have gone 1-2-3 in 100 with todd and cunliffe? and imagine if prandini hadn't gone pro early!
what a squad

Hahaha, Oregon STAYS home DEVASTATED!
So Larry just said the slow pace will play into Scott's hands as she's got good 1500 speed. But she also won the 10,000?
What type of race wouldn't play into her hands?
What's happening in the 5?
womens 5k is going to be a boring sit-n-(get destroyed by dom scott)
1:58 through 600, about 16:30 pace
3:19 at the 1000

it's apparently hard to comment on athletes when they just simply dominate
I think they were about 818-9 at halfway.
they are running literally 16:50s pace. freaking pathetic
maybe scott will get tripped, lose 5-10 seconds, and ... will still win
ok so looks like aisling cuffe got bored so is now running 74/75s. not really gonna do anything except thin out the back end of the field
9:52 at 3k, 11:07 at 3400
still clicking off 75s, still not dropping anybody of note
katrina coogan is falling back
12:23 at 3800
gonna predict about a 15:54 for Scott, closing in 2:14 for last 800
15:57, she waited until 500 to go. otherwise I probably wouldve been right.
worth noting that she closed her 10k is just about 16flat a couple days ago.
So there you have it. AWful tv production from a tv camera perspective. Dominique Scott wins by a ton but the real story was "Coudl the Oregon girl get third?" The whole team title depends on that and we don't see her as they focused on a closeup on Scott and then the 2nd place finisher.
OREGON STAYS HOME... DEVASTATED!
Who is this idiot that keeps staying Oregon stays home devastated I mean really no Todd and Cunliffeee injured and Oregon loses by 10 points without it's top 2 sprinters and at least 30 maybe even 40 team points between those 2 ladies when you factor in the 4 by 100 relay. Arkansas only won because Oregon had injuries to it's best 2 lady Ducks Todd and Cunliffee Oregon goes 1,2,3 in the 100 and 1,2,3 in the 200 with those 2 not to mention beats LSU by over a second in the 4 by 1 and Todd gets maybe 5-6 points in the LJ I think she was 4th at USA outdoors last year . OUTSTANDING JOB FROM THE LADY DUCKS OF OREGON. :)
Arianna Washington had one hell of a meet for the Ducks, bravo to her.
There seems to be a negative slant towards Arkansas both on here and on Flotrack. Give the Lady 'backs props. They were impressive. Coulda, shoulda, woulda. Remember, one of Arkansas' top athletes (Brooks) got hurt too and didn't finish the hep where she would have finished near the top. It's time to used to it, track & field IS the SEC + Oregon. Someone above said fire Johnson. Really, men were 3rd, women 2nd. That's a pretty impressive job I say.
Mis-type, Oregon men were 4th. But that is still great.
