I've been away from this thread for the last 18 hours due to kids soccer games, birthday parties and bourbon (mostly bourbon).
Two takeaways I've gotten from going through the last couple pages (I'm not reading everything I've missed).
In the United States you can not be convicted for libel or slander for stating an opinion based on disclosed facts. Every American posting on this thread is in the clear from a legal standpoint. Great Britain has some wacky libel laws, you may be on thin ice I'd your posting from the other side of the pond.
Why is no one yet following him? This is the equivalent of someone posting that they saw Mike Rossi retreat to the parking lot after the start of the LVM and no one will leave their computer to bust him mid course. If I didn't have kids, I would 100% be there. You damb single childless millennial runners need to get off your butts and start biking along side of him. It's great that Lazarus is going after him, but if he's the guy from the Barkley Marathon movie, he's nuts, and not all in a good way. LRC needs some boots on the ground.
