Something is definitely wrong on October 11.
Btw, for others reading, to access this data, you have to log into mapmyrun.com first and then click on the links in this and other threads. If I try to log in after clicking the link, I can't access the data.
Back to October 11, Rob claims to have run his 193rd "marathon" (run of 26.2+ miles), which was 28.67 miles started at 1:04 PM Oct 11 and finished 4 hrs, 42min, 45sec later, which would be 5:46 PM.
But he claims to have run 194th "marathon", which was 59.74 miles started at 9 AM and finished 15 hrs, 17min, 43sec later, which would be 12:17 AM the next day.
So he claims to have run two "marathons" at the same time. There's also a third entry of 26.53 miles (which must be his 192nd marathon) on that same day, but I can't get that data to open.
Someone who is familiar with mapmyrun, help answer some of my questions.
(1) Is it correct that you can draw your own route and then enter your own data (start time, total elapsed time) without uploading that from a GPS watch or other device?
(2) Can you copy someone else's data and relabel it as your own, such as a route?
(3) Rob's data shows pace and KCal burned. Does mapmyrun calculate that based on distance and time (and possibly body weight) entered? Or does that have to come from a GPS watch?
(4) Can you upload data from a GPS watch into mapmyrun? And if you do, does it then automatically show mile splits? I suspect Rob's data in mapmyrun is not coming from a GPS watch because there are no mile splits.
