I now realize that I seem to have missed the important 'Bunny episode'.
Could anyone give some more details on this intriguing episode in this IHOP ACROSS THE US WITH ELITE NON-KENYAN WORLD CHAMPION ROBBIE YOUNG WHO WAS BORN, LIVING AND TRAINING AT ALTITUDE?
Sincerely,
Team Robbie® Fan Club fan!!!
Go Robbie!!!

Can someone please tell me why in the year 2016 a man running with a GPS watch that records cadence won't release the data when he's accused of cheating? Instead he resorts to recording facebook videos talking about how everythign is recorded on paper??
You are always so skeptical. Reasons are:
- privacy
- integrity
- pride
Same reasons Paula R and Mike R have for not revealing their data, and these two were proven to be innocent!
Nothing to see here. -

Nonsense. Leave rojo alone. The TdF is clean now, just look at is British (!) winners. -

(i.e. trailer breaking down)
-Pocket said $100k and spend a small percentage of it to commit fraud again.
-Be sure to chat with your autistic fans to make them feel special so that they come to your defense when the truth gets exposed.

Rob is a true con artist.
But Dustin Brooks is the mastermind.
It's looking more and more like both of them are pure amateurs. They were probably joking over a few pints when one of them suddenly had this brilliant idea. Months later here they are. I have to say it was probably a good gamble. I mean the worst that can happen is they get a free trip out this. Jesus' fanbase of dumba$$es aren't going anywhere anyway.
HOWEVER, and this is a big however - Rob probably never thought he'd have to run seriously at any stage. Now he finds himself serving out his penance. How ironic, but nevertheless beautiful. Yes, I smile ear to ear when I think of him taking an hour to finally start jogging and knowing he still has 50 miles to cover that day. I wish them the roughest journey, so that they can at least start to appreciate what honest runners have endured. One must pay a dear price for lying and scamming. I hope he is indeed as determined as Laz has observed, because there are a whole lot of miles to hoof and his tank is only full of karma.
Based on some math that has been theme own out there if he keeps logging 40-45 miles per day at some point he'll have to go a streak of 80-100 mile days to break the record HAHAHAHAHAHA -
Why doesn't Robbie use his "Sausage Speed" method to increase his speed? I thought Robbie could instantly run faster if sausage was involved.
I think Robbie should get some more sausage today.
Go Robbie! -

Shortly after we began walking, together Robert started to run. We covered the next mile at about 9 minute pace with him gradually increasing the speed. He asked if he was going too fast and I told him I had a 100 miler coming up and wanted to run closer to the pace for that event. Robert then blasted off running the next mile at or around seven minutes, he slowed slightly, got a drink from the RV than began walking shortly afterwards. I plugged along at 10:30 per mile pace, and within a mile (32 minutes from when we began walking together) we were back together three miles down the road and walking again.
I read this and thought, What a jerk. Then I reread it and thought, What an idiot.
Props to Ray and Laz.
10:30 pace. That Ray guy sure is fast. Blasting 32+ minute 5Ks. -
There is a British phrase "not a sausage" which in the English colonies of the United States is translated as "nothing at all".
So if a sausage is involved…Robbie's effort to be able to run sub 6:00 minute pace will be not a sausage.
That is weird. -

Yes. 32 of them. Consecutively.
Try it. -

We should start betting his mileage. I'll give him 31 miles today. -
Why do you always pick on the Brits? Next you'll ask to see RY's hematocrit levels.
And don't believe the rumours that he's eating ostrich meat and planning a move to Monaco. -
Ostrich meat doesn't work for ultra runners. Their stride gets way too springy.
The best natural supplement for ultra runners was found by Ma Junren and his army: turtle blood. -
CoachKev continues to troll: https://www.facebook.com/roberthpyoung
They are even comparing Rob to Churchill... -
Kevin o'Rourke must have a big financial interest in this scam.

Yep...the media couldn't follow these posts if they tried. Rojo needs to draft a clear story and hope its picked up.

GPS data is not coming or doesn't exist. Time to start thinking about how to convince the Rob fans with the evidence we already have. Presentation of evidence easily digested by the general population will be key.
If a clear and well written article by LRC is picked up by other sources it will help. (Well written is asking a lot though.)
I think a map w/ notes of the mojave incident would be good. People skim over blocks of text and don't want to read close enough to truly get a sense of what happened.
I dropped the data from our csv into a scatter plot of pace over time. It tells the story well of how the number of sub 5:30-6:30 miles started out scarce in the initial days, increased steadily through the desert and over the mountains, reaching a peak in Kansas the first week in June, then completely disappeared as soon as he was called out. Hopefully when i get time I will format it and post it. -

When you are 61yrs old and will be running 32 5K's in a row, training at a 10:30 pace is good strategy. -

What is a homotomatocrit?
We are talking about sausage, not ostrich meat (used by Paula Radcliffe to treat iron-deficiency anemia on Mondays and Fridays).
I have seen so many Brits this year that I think we should ban all travel of Brits to Flagstaff, Az …including sloppy Mo Farah and lazy Charlie Grice.
Robbie Fitzgibbon is still golden.
Robbie Young is still in really big trouble.

Update Brit Ban:
There will be one exception.
If Jo Pavey would like to visit…I will pay for all airfare, travel expenses, meals, snacks, drinks, gifts, appearance fees, race prize money, non-race prize money, and she can stay at my house.
