I think in general this is well founded because some men do assume that a woman who smiles and waves hello "wants the D" but in this instance, she told me i didn't "give her the look back" so I'd say that she was flirting.

Arlington/Alexandria. The route she saw me running on is well traveled by walkers and a few runners so I'm doubtful she'd think it's creepy. It's also not out of my way.I didn't see her the next day though I'll continue running the same routes so if I see her again, I'll be sure to update again. The question is, what is the play?
