Knocked out in the 5,000m heats
Al Sal had him doing a few weights and now he is winning everything
Yes, push-ups were the key.

Never.
The message is "IOC IS TOUGH ON DOPING." Sanctioning dopers is a revenue opportunity that cannot be missed.
And no, Paula's never testing positive.

No way. She was just tested ten minutes too soon after her race. Still thirsty! No case to answer. Saugy confirmed this.

Good answer.
Just like the identities of the 200 bags of blood found in the freezer of Dr. Fuentes of Operation Puerto way back in 2006.
I did not know that Russia's sports minister Vitaly Mutko has also been a member of FIFA's ruling council since 2009.
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/18/sports/olympics/justice-department-russia-doping-investigation.html?_r=1IAAF President and Lord Sebastian Coe also used to be part of FIFA's ethics commission before serving under Lamine Diack for many years at the IAAF. Lamine Diack was a "spiritual leader" and ethics role model for current President Lord Coe... who at the time was in a "see no evil"…"hear no evil"…"speak no evil"... VP role at the IAAF.

Lamine Diack said he was all tied up this week by French investigators and would not be able to make it.
Oh well.

As sad as correct answer.
And those blood bags cannot see the lights, because Real Madrid is involved, as well as the Spain's national soccer team. Unimaginable for those to go down. Note that a Madrid court made the decision.
Along these lines, Healing Hans Müller-Wohlfahrt - treating Bolt as we speak - enjoys the same protection: Bayern München and Germany's national soccer team are among his "patients" since decades. No prosecutor could ever allow raiding his offices, unless he were suicidal and aimed to cause a national crisis. Then the police would simply ignore him.
Calm down guys. It is 31 for all Olympic sports not just Athletics.
It probably will turn out to be only 3 or 4 from T&F.

and to be fair, they do seem to want to ban these people before Rio.
Most of the medalists have left track
2008 champions that are planning on going to Rio:
100/200 - Bolt
400 - Merrit
1500 - Kiprop
5/10 - Bekele (albeit in the marathon)
Steeple - Kipruto
100 - Fraser
200 - Campbell Brown
5/10 - T Dibaba
100H - Harper
This isn't including field events, or the 2nd and 3rd place getters of which there are probably even more. A few others may still even be competing (Angelo Taylor??). Even if most have left there's a whole heap there to still catch.

Off the top of my head you've got Defar, Pearson, Felix, Willis, Kipchoge, Oliver and Richards-Ross in the minor places. I assume a lot more, as well.

I bet more than that are are from track. Of all the sports, track is the one that lends itself to doping the most
I agree, and although I think names will be given, I guess there will no big surprises in athletics, as many medallists have had doping bans before/after the games. For instance among 2008 winners: Meritt, Powell, Borchin, Schwazer, Fraser, Campbell-Brown, Ohuruogu (3 missed tests), Kaniskina. There are many more if you look at medallists, and most of them are still competing.
By the way, these are genuine doping-related names, not random names dropped from personal "intuition"...

Scrub Schwarzer from the list, he only doped the once with absolute certainty.
