It was the push-ups. That was the key to his turnaround.

Please do not forget the revolutionary "Salazar situps", "Salazar squats" and a doorbell made in Italy made specifically for Mo that is "Salazar silent".
(I am not in a good mood after the "Metric Miler is w…." posts were all deleted.)
Reality has been altered and now Metric Miler is correct again.
Oh well.
In conclusion:
Yanni "Chobani" Pitsiladis is still wrong.
OK?
rupp, radcliffe and mo should definitely be on the list of doping cheaters from 2008
I like the way you think rjm33. You seem to be very fair when it comes to runners and PEDs, yet you definitely "get it" when it's beyond obvious (Paula, Farah, etc.).
In a completely unsuspicious parallel move, Bolt is back on Wolfarht's table getting the needles...

This is when you know the sport you love is mad sick! Rotten to the bone!
Paula is a great commentator! Lord Coe and Paula can have Sunday brunch in Monte Carlo together now as well.
The more recent anabolic steroid metabolite test with the longer 6 month detection window developed by Rodchenkov was also revolutionary. It involves highly sensitive analysis using advanced Mass Spectrometry and cutting edge Hole In Wall technology.
Go Autologous "Blood Transfusion at the 2003 World Half-marathon Championships with a 21.9% or 30% increase in hemoglobin levels in 2 days" Madness!
Now I feel a bit more perky.

Very interesting.... to say the least! Bekele and Radcliffe are amongst hundred of elite athletes that reach for Healing Hans' magic touch even though the guy is dodgy and using banned substances in 95% of the world!
Connect the dots! I'm sure we would find more than Actovegin in his mad needles!

Do you or anyone else know if Yanni Pitsiladis or Jos Hermens or Kenenisa Bekele himself made the decision to go see Wolf-fart?
Has Bekele seen "Healing Hans" in the past?
(and by the way...your 15 pullups with 6 fingers is egregious)

I wish they kept these things quiet until actual names and actual bans can be announced.
This announcement is designed to preserve the IOC's brand equity, not actually operate sports with some integrity.
Doping is okay at the IOC.
Oh boy. Did you read this part in the article? :
The IOC said it would also undertake a "wider retesting program" of medalists from both the Beijing and London Games. Samples of athletes who could be promoted to medals following disqualification of drug cheats will also be retested.
The IOC also asked the World Anti-Doping Agency to launch a "fully-fledged investigation" into allegations that the drug-testing system in Sochi was subverted by Russian officials.
The IOC said it would ask the Lausanne anti-doping lab and WADA to proceed with analyzing Sochi samples "in the most sophisticated and efficient way possible."
The Lausanne lab is of course run by Dr. Martial "Plan B" Saugy.
Gosh…Dr. Martial Saugy keeps coming up over and over and over and over and over again.
You know pop pop.
It is not a coincidence.
It's very hard to understand why Saugy still has his job after all the controversy and informations that came to light, going back to the Lance days circa 2000....
Amazing! Plan B Saugy was maintained in his position for a good reason!

Why? The majority of the 2008 Olympic athletes are out of the business. Don't rush the announcement. Get it right.
They said all the busted athletes are ones planning to compete at Rio.

They said all the busted athletes are ones planning to compete at Rio.
That tells you that the number of athletes let off the hook --they no longer compete-- is likely well over 100.

Indeed
So will the IOC name the athletes and if so when do they plan to announce?

And thats why IAAF and IOC have turned this sport into a joke. Few take it seriously anymore besides the hardcore types.

Lots of people do not like the way I think. I can only "get it" if "it" is really obvious.
Do you think Dr."Plan B" Saugy will be testing for HIF stabilizers this year at his fancy "anti-doping" lab in Lausanne?

Magic Hands got fired from Bayern München after Pep had a hissy fit (not enough hgh or actovigen?), but still has to treat the german football team. He treated Paula periodically but has worked regularly with Usain since he was a junior.

Most of the medalists have left track
