Nick Willis has never lost to a clean African. He has only been beaten by those that have tested positive or never got caught.

I don't call you a racist (like El Keniano), but of sure one speaking for stereotypes, about something that dopesn't know, only plagiarized by incomplete information, many of them built on purpose for creating some mediatic scoop.
For example, while we can question some fact about corruption (there is some investigation, and we must wait the final results), everybody in Kenya knows the allegation against Kamanda Mwangi are completly groundless.
Really somebody mental fit can think that a Kenyan, knowing that the basic yearly salary for Police (where the two athletes, Zakary and Koki, belong to) is about 1200 USD, that these athletes never had a manager, that never went to compete abroad, and that never won any prize money, can pay 25000 USD (the equivalent of 20 years of their salary) for being cleared ?
The reality is that there is an underground war in AK for the succession of Isaiah Kiplagat as chairman, and there is somebody using every system, also illegal like defamation, in order to remove all the old officials for having free road in the future elections.
There is a problem of doping in Kenya, like in any other Country. The percentage of doped athletes, compared with the number of competitors in international competitions (this because the global activity of road races is very spread everywhere), is low, since the number of Kenyans competing all around in the World is 30 times bigger than US athletes, and 100 times bigger than French and Italian athletes.
It's a reality that many athletes were caught positive, mainly for steroids, in competitions around the World : but Always competitions of third level, or in some test OOC. So, the reality is that the athletes caught doped, IN ANY CASE DIDN'T HAVE THE VALUE FOR BEING TESTED IN OOC TEST IN KENYA, because they were too weak for the local value (many of them not in top 50 or 100 Kenyans....).
Put in your mind, I already explained a lot of times, that the few Kenyan of world class tested positive (Rita Jeptoo, Mathew Kisorio, Wilson Erupe and Emily Chebet) were tested IN KENYA, in OOC tests or in local test (Mathew Kisorio during National Championships).
I don't want to justify the laxism of AK and Kenyan Government in managing the situation of antidoping : this is a fact. But I can't agree that the fact there is not a working antidoping in Kenya means that the most part of top kenyans are doped, BECAUSE THESE ATHLETES WERE TESTED MORE THAN THE ATHLETES OF OTHER COUNTRIES BY WADA AND IAAF.
Olympic Games are not only a competition for Countries, but for individuals too. In the past, for example in 1988, we had cases of athletes without current nationality admitted to compete (I remember Diedeunnè Kwizera, from Burundi, after the fight between Tutsi and Hutu) under the Olympic Flag, so clean athletes MUST have in any case the right to compete, and to win, Olympics.
At the end of the day, there is ONE OLYMPIC CHAMPION, and this is an INDIVIDUAL, not a Country.
I don't see any reason because clean athletes, such as Eliud Kipchoge, or Asbel Kiprop, or David Rudisha, and many Others, can't have the chance to win Olympics, because some official of their Country can be corrupted.
And your final consideration (clean Kenyan runners are the minority) is something fruit of mental sickness, since there is no ONE evidence of widespread doping at the level of the best runners (who are the one competing in Olympics and in WCh).
Also the last consideration (Nick Willis lost from doped athletes only) is fruit of totally lack of knowledge of the reality, and of a great dose of chauvinism, not justified by FACTS.
At the end, maybe sometimes African People feel themselves victims, not analyzing the reality in proper way : but with ideas and statements like those you have, the only possible reaction is to create division and grudge among people, which is the exact opposite of the values of the sport.
Hows the doping system in kenya, ethipoa etc? Do the athletes have to provied a time everyday for weeks ahead that they are available for testing?
In Norway its like this. And El Keniano, don't talk about being the most tested. You guys are nowhere near the level of control we are, no where near. Ingebrigtsen is under mutch more watch than kenyans. He also gets tested more in international competetions, go figure.

According to the minister, sections of the Anti-Doping Law of 2016 that was signed by President Uhuru Kenyatta on April 22 need to be amended without delay for Kenya to avert an international suspension.
“I am glad to inform you that WADA has officially written to me about ADAK’s non-compliance with the Code. They attached the areas of the Act which they want re-written or rectified for us to regain full compliance as soon as possible.
“Meaning that as soon as parliament reviews those highlighted bits of the legislation we are fully compliant. No ban was mentioned in the body of the letter. Thank you all for your support,†Wario said in a message.

We're also not as rich as you with budgets for state-of-the-art labs and infrastructure to match. These runners are the product of natural talent and chance rather than some expensive scientific programme designed to churn out world beaters. There is literary zilch funding from the government for such things, not because they don't want to, but because they can't afford to as it's unrealistic in a developing country that has to prioritise healthcare, food, housing and stuff. What's your point, again?
Common sense prevails as IAAF declares Kenya will not miss the Olympics. Now, would you like some bitter to wash down that crow, Metric Miler?

So Kenya was declared non-compliant because of the wording of the legislation not anything else. Storm in a tea cup, then?
"Kenya Sports Minister Hassan Wario said the country will rush through changes to anti-doping legislation in an attempt to be compliant with global rules. Wario said WADA has told Kenyan authorities which parts of the law are problematic."
Still unhappy at how Kenya had to wade through piranha-infested media waters while Spain and Mexico got handled with kid gloves.

A lot of your athletes take part in this sport for money, and money alone. Running pays Kenyans a lot better than other jobs that don't require a university education. These people do not care for the sport, and have no problems cheating to get the biggest financial gains. This is a fact and some of those caught doping have said so.
Is not this the crux of the problem? I would make the sport amateur again immediatelty and this would clear out a large majority of the dodgy agents, coaches, and athletes who are prepared to do almost anything to make money from the sport which instead needs more people like Kawauchi or Bersagel.
Fair enough, but won't change a thing. Kip Keino and Henry Rono were winning as amateurs.

I think El Kenianao may be correct. It's possible that Kenyan has been called non-compliant as Kenya is too tough on drugs. I'm serious. When we talked to Wesley Korir in Boston, he said they wanted to criminalize doping but couldn't because it's agaisnt WADA rules.
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2016/04/2012-boston-marathon-champion-kenyan-member-parliament-wesley-korir-says-kenya-track-meet-may-2-wada-deadline/I find it very suspicious that WADA hasn't announced how they are non-compliant and have asked WADA for comment.
BS. Germany has a law that criminalizes doping
Germany doesn't threaten dopers with prison.More on this:
"The IAAF said in a statement on Friday that Kenya remains on a “monitoring list†of countries with doping problems until the end of the year. But, despite Thursday’s decision by the World Anti-Doping Agency to declare Kenya’s drug-testing agency non-compliant, the nation’s athletes can still compete through to the end of 2016.
“During the monitoring process ... Kenyan athletes remain eligible to compete nationally and internationally,†the IAAF said.
Notice how the other countries on the 'monitoring list' don't warrant a mention? And people think I have a 'victim' mentality?
El Keniano wrote:

Actually it does. Up to three years in prison
Anyone who
[...]
4. contrary to Section 3 subsection 1, first sentence, administers or applies or has administered or applied a doping substance or a doping method to oneself;
[...]
shall be punishable with up to three years’ imprisonment or a fine.
So take your bvllshit about Kenya being punished for being too harsh on dopers elsewhere
IOC joins IAAF in confirming that Kenya will not be suspended. Kenyan sports minister to meet with WADA in Montreal next week.

You're not wrong but I think Trollism just manages to edge him by a nose for most worthless. Still a photo finish, though.
I have found that the western media likes to sensationalize Kenyan doping cases.
Koki and Zakary are two nobodies with no medal prospects. But when they were busted, virtually every news outlet in the west blew up headlines. Search google and see for yourself.
Ultimately there is too much emphasis on Kenya. You would think Kenya is the only non-compliant country?
Are all of these Eastern European nations compliant?

I am a pretty worthless poster.
As the old saying goes 'Trollism is about as worthless as Kenya's recent anti-doping legislation'.
A damning indictment.
