Assuming I only had time to do 30 miles a week in 6 days because of life, how would you guys structure my workouts? I would love to see both of your programs for 2 weeks and also the race week. if possible more is fine too. I am interested in similarities or differences such as 2 hard days or 3 hard days etc. just assume I am your runner and you are in charge of all my workouts and exercises A-Z. If anyone else wants to write a program I welcome it as well. Thanks to both of you.
