i'm trying to figure out whether to get a standing desk at work. i have a standard desk job. i do get up and stretch every hour, walk around, try to keep my legs loose, but i'm unsure if i'm sitting too much to recover well, or if i SHOULD be sitting to enable better recovery.
there are days, especially after a hard workout, when sitting is the only thing i want to do. short of getting tight, i'm wondering if this is the best thing to do when my legs are shot.
they do have variable desks... but i'm wondering if its worth it.
so, desk jobbers who run... do you stand or sit most often while you work and how does it impact your running/recovery?
