So many questions this brings up.
1) Fast 200s, so 10K 5K double at trials?
2) Why is he training with the likes of Mary C and T instead of Mo?
3) Is Mary Cain injured hence running around the track in the wrong direction?

That pic of Cain makes it look like she massively overstrides. Or she's running backwards really fast.

She is running 200s at 200 pace, not 200s at 1500 pace.
She is also the full extent of here stride. If she is overstriding, it is Salazar's fault for making her run that way.

Uh, I doubt she's running 200s at 200 pace. Unless their workout was 1x200 at 200 pace of course.
Mo is here in Flagstaff with Grice. He and Galen rarely train with each other anymore.
How do they get the roots of the trees to not push up parts of the track?

1) Yeah, those tend to be his track events
2) Because they're both in the same training group known as the Nike Oregon Project
3) No. If running one direction injures you, running the opposite direction will not heal you
Any more questions?
Agreed. She is overstriding. Moser and Cain are in very similar positions during their stride...which one looks correct? Moser will come down on the fore/mid-foot while Cain will heel strike. Pretty hard to run "fast" 200s when you're heel striking.
If you're not splitting direction on the track, you're welcoming injury.
M is A-kicking, Mary is B-kicking

Thanks for the update OP! Your insight really lets us into the private world of the NOP.
This is just like the Nick Symmonds workout threads. Zero context to exactly what the goal of the workout is and the days of training around it. Quit throwing out wild assumptions about stuff you have no idea about.

that's the real question here, who cares what those 3 are doing? let's figure out how they roots are held at bay
Andro-gel, EPO, Albuterol, Meldonium and 20,000 dollars cash combined and diluted with 5 parts water inhibits tree root growth.

He should start lifting weights like Bryan Hall - he looks much better now. If Hall can do it then so can he.

- Any runner from 400 to marathon could be doing "fast 200s" (whatever that means).
- Mo has basically nothing to do with the NOP training group. Obvious reasons. Better question is where's Centro.
- Horrible form.
Galen runs so fast that he creates a small inverse speed bubble. Some other runners do as well, its a matter of surface area and weight, read Newton. Anyways, Cain is utilizing Galen's inverse speed bubble, knocking off .25 secs a lap instantly. This is smart, in case Caster Semenya moves up. Semenya has what is known as tiny balls (in contrast to Craig Mottram's massive balls, which shrank) giving Caster an unfair advantage which can be combatted by utilizing inverse speed bubbles to train.
Cain was practicing her stride for softball:

Only works on short grass. Trees get their carbon dioxide at a higher altitude so those PED's have no effect
How do you get a million dollars for anything related to the sport with attendance like that?
