Every time... every d*** time.
Same thing happened at the Penn Relays with the 4x100 team. How much evidence is needed?

it really does seem that way, but in mitchell's defense he had limited time to train the team. he had to take a red-eye to get here since he was celebrating with his wife. after all, it was her birthday and the "lady deserved a treat"
US Men's 4x100 team has been straight garbage ever since he took over. Time for him to go! Never should have been in the position in the first place! Classic example of karma coming home to roost. Sickening.
This crap is infuriating! Why do we have a drug cheat who coaches another drug cheat involved in our team? I can get the same result without the negative publicity.
Unreal that in track and field the announcers never ask the questions of Dennis. If this was a sport that people give a damn about then they would be all over him.
The guy is a disgrace to the sport. A convicted drug creat leading our relay teams. What message are we sending out to the kid sprinters of tomorrow. Please get him out, it's not as if we can justify keeping him due to high performance levels.
Drug cheat or not he doesn't produce the desired results, it doesn't make sense on any level to have him coach. VINCE deserves the job.
Leroy Burrell just brought down the hammer! REGIME CHANGE IS NEEDED! Could not have stated it better myself.
Loved what Leroy had to say. Very well spoken, straight forward, non-incendiary but appropriately negative in his assessment of the USA's relay woes.
The US curse (baton exchange debacle) keeps going.

If this was NBA Dennis Mitchell would be long gone. Cronyism is alive & well in USAT&F imho (legal disclaimer).
link? thanks.

Opps... I thought I was signing a petition to fire him !

It's not a curse. They are chronically unprepared, but not cursed.
High school teams handled exchanges better. How hard can it be?
It's one thing to sell your soul to the devil in return for success, but why would you sell your soul to the devil for him to screw you time after time?
If USATF is really wants a doper to coach the relays, they could at least find one who is a competent relay coach.

Doesn't Dennis have a deal for a 43 year contract or something with USATF?

How come Jamaica never drops the baton? Seriously.

So an alleged sprint drug cheat criticises the drug cheat coach of the sprint relay team with a drug cheat in it.
Must be some clean sprinters out there somewhere...
Three convicted drug cheats on that team, a liar and a drug cheat coach.
I actively root against the us relays now. Good job usatf.
Gay, Gatlin, headband sprint guy and Mitchell. #^**#%^**£!
The liar false started and then blamed the blocks. Hah.
