"Bulking" without drugs like steroids just adds FAT and there is NO REASON to EVER do that. Bigger muscles = more HORMONES. No point in eating more if your muscles can't get any bigger (due to lack of hormones/drugs) and if you just get fatter.

ALL drug-free people are "hardgainers". Only juicers can put on muscle fast + a lot.
