I heard that he ran a 27 mile tempo in 1:58:43 in training.

Really? Well then... Expect great things.

I heard that too! Except I got exclusive access to his HR monitor... I shit you not never peaked above 150 bpm.
Expect great things.

In an interview afterwards, Bekele said he was taking it easy and focused on his own running and did not realize he was so far ahead. Expect great things.
I do not know if that time is accurate because I heard that time was with a running start and not FAT.I also heard that Bekele has been using beet juice and baking soda while being tested in secret at a University somewhere in the United Kingdom.

That is actually terrible training for a marathon.
Yeah, you never want to run a fast marathon.
The guy who has already run 2:05 obviously doesn't know what he's up against.
Not seeing the link, someone repost it
I was there when he ran his 10 x 1600 workout. It's hard to tell in the vid, but that track is actually 475m. So, he was really hitting the 1600m mark each time around 3:58 on average.
Plus, the vid cuts off about half way through. He takes a 5 min rest and then does 10 more, averaging about 3:56.
Expect great things.
At the peak of his training, he flew out to The States and took down the Quakertown Rotary 10-mile course in 51:30.
That was the toughest record on the books. 2:02 will be easy.

+1
Are you sure it was 5 minutes rest?
I heard it was only 17.8433 seconds rest between the 2 sets of 10 x 1600.
Here is a question:
Is Bekele going to run and finish the 2016 London marathon?
Kenenisa Bekele training this week in London. Skip to about 1:24 and probably best to watch muted as the guy narrating can get a bit annoying. Bekele is looking good for Sunday:
Bekele has always been the most UPDATE runner. No one else comes close to the level of UPDATE he has displayed in his career. I'm a real big Bekele fan. Let's see how UPDATE he can be at London!
I'm so confused
Thank you very much. That was fantastic and blue is my favorite color. Notice how he runs on the soft grass as much as possible.
The GOAT has the beautiful form of the GOAT as well. Just a coincidence.
However, I think I know why Bekele is running so fast in the video. He is trying to get away from that man who is stalking him and filming that video of him.
Has there been an arrest of that man yet?
He seemed a bit stressed indeed. Pretty creepy. He has a few other videos of Kipchoge, Kipsang and Kimetto as well where he follows them. I don't like it.

Now we have more coincidences! This really looks suspicious to me now!
Someone in London should contact the authorities right away.
Gavin Pavey, the husband of Jo Pavey... has already contacted the British authorities about me on a previous occasion, when I forgot about time zone differences when I called Jo Pavey at 3:17am local time two weeks ago on a Thursday.

The title said "Bekele is UPDATE"
Is Kenenisa still coached by Renato CANOVA? We didn't have any news of Kenenisa from him lately...

I'm sure YT keeps bugging that uploader with the "enhancements" icon to stabilize that video, to no avail
