WTF? How can you post something so obviously vulgar (we all know by "sloth" you mean "liberal").
Let's see, jesus once flooded the entire earth just to wipe out a few "sins"... so one could say he is the real sloth.
Even thejeff knows I didn't post ^this

Are you an early runner, too? Or a late worker? (saw the 4am post)

Late. But I'm in AK, so 4hrs behind EST. I don't know what time I posted, but it wast 4:30.
This time of year I'm up late nights looking for northern lights, but last night, alas, the clouds weren't in my favor.
One cannot be the worst runner unless one is first a runner.
As such, all of the mentioned candidates are disqualified. Folks need to name something that CAN run but just sucks at it.

There you go again.

Central Time here. Prolly close to 1am your time when you posted. I was up early to swim, because, alas, I am nursing a running injury these days.
If you ever come this way, I cannot show you any northern lights...but we do have lightning bugs and mosquitos... actually, mainly mosquitos.

Lol ,.. You've never been here have you? We have mosquitos like few people can imagine. Not for another few months yet.
that ostrich has some endurance--how fast is it going? and notice that it prefers dirt to tarmac. keep it on the crete is for cyclists, not runners.

The sloth.
-Sloths move only when necessary and even then very slowly; they have about a quarter as much muscle tissue as other animals of similar weight. They can move at a marginally higher speed if they are in immediate danger from a predator (4 m or 13 ft per minute for the three-toed sloth), but they burn large amounts of energy doing so.
-As much as two-thirds of a well-fed sloth's body weight consists of the contents of its stomach, and the digestive process can take a month or more to complete. Leaves, their main food source, provide very little energy or nutrients, and do not digest easily. Since leaves provide little energy, sloths deal with this by a range of economy measures: they have very low metabolic rates (less than half of that expected for a mammal of their size).
There. You learned something today.
You might be the most ignorant person on this board and that is saying a lot. The sloth doesn't even make the top 10000 of worst runners. Seriously you need to learn what the animal kingdom is. Even you just looked at mammals, who do you think is going to win a 100 yard running race, the manatee or the sloth?
I forgive you.
Thank you I did learn something.I never knew a sloth could run.

Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
