Today she ran a 2:00.23 800.
10 days ago, she rolled a 51.47 400. Last year, her seasonal best was just 1:59.59 .
What's changed? The CAS ruling.
Maybe the only way to stop her or one of the other women athletes with hyperandogenism is a new ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Seriously, it's pretty amazing right. The court says they don't need treatment and then all of the sudden Niyonsaba and Semenya , who either couldn't make worlds (Niyonsaba) or weren't factors (Semenya) - are rolling.
Semenya's seasonal best last year up until the end of july was 2:04.19. The court rules and she runs 1:59.
Look I feel for them as humans but why don't we create a third olympics. We have the regular olympics, the paralympics and hyperandrogenism olympics.
