Claims that the playing field isn't level, and wants to see competitors, especially those in the U.S., tested in the double digits like him... Question is... who is Centro calling out?

the Schumacher Group
RIPS drugs testing? More like politely and vaguely answers the question before very quickly moving on.
centro is the typical pot calling the kettl eblack, total whack job
If he wants to be tested less he could switch to a less sketchy coach.
There are only so many resources for testing athletes.
Two time world medalists like him get tested more than those that never medaled.

EXACTLY.
The disadvantage of working with that coach and team is that you will be inconvenienced with more testing.
The advantage is that they will make sure that it never comes back positive and if it does it will be buried by the governing body who receives major sponsorship to make sure.

yea dude he toootally RIPPED them dude!! hahahhaaa!!!
Matty is confusing USADA testing with the twice-monthly tests administered by NOP. (To study possible sabotage, that is.)
You can view test history count here:
http://www.usada.org/testing/results/athlete-test-history/
Centro was tested 14 times in 2015. Plausible domestic "competitors" with lowish test counts would include Robby Andrews at 3 (but he didn't do much in 2015), Manzano at 4, Blankenship at 5, . . .
The Schumacher groups seems to get tested a bit less than NOP, but not by much.
Particular low number of tests given their level of success on the world level include Jenny Simpson at 1, Jen Suhr also at 1, and Aston Eaton at 4.
His micro dosing schedule must be getting in the way of his partying lifestyle.
look .....
Testing is just plain not equal !!!!!
USA = Tested a ton
Kenya = (40 out of competition all of 2015) !!!!!!
Global medalist = more in US
Location in US, near testing hub, or major airport, or major club =more
boofoo egypt = less testing
out of country = less testing
other clubs = less testing
His point is valid
Its not equal
Centro and Rupp were tested 10 plus times each in 2015
Between the 2 of them that's over half of all the OOC tests in the country of Kenya last year , and how many global medalists do they have ????
Centro made a point and made it well ,testing is not equal !
Who decides testing frequency? USADA, WADA or IAAF?
Jodan Hasay was tested 9 times in 2014!?
Hasay!??? Lol, when I think of drug cheats by golly she is the first one that comes to mind.....
Meanwhile Genezebe Dibaba has been tested a grand total of TWICE according to Ethipoian officials in the last 5 years! The last time being in 2013... She is clean of course because she is African and crushed records by known Chinese dopers; nothing suspicious there at all, and to think otherwise means you are a RAYCIST!!!!

According to USADA's website, Andrew Hunter has been tested 4 times in 2016 already. No world medals for him, but sure seems like a lot of tests on a high school kid in a short amount of time.
This is actually really surprising and kind of reassuring that kids aren't being doped at the high school level.
Even though it is still possible that high school kids could be doping its quite a long shot.
This is one of those stirring-the-pot threads. What Centro said was actually very balanced. He's not ripping anything or calling out anyone. All he says is he would like everyone to get tested the same amount.
This list has also taught me that I am very out of the loop on who the jumpers and throwers are in the US. Especially on the womens side.

Sabotage. That's the best excuse ever. It's even less plausible than the gold standard, "altitude training" and yet somehow Nike gets a free pass.
