The machine is correct, for most people. Buraas: WC final in 5000, same with Groevdal, both with pretty good personal bests. 13:11 for Buraas I think. The machine works, the numbers are correct. Bakken testet kenyan runners and found that they were great at running at threshold (according to the lactate-meter). That has something to do with training at higher altitude etc.
