Mile 2: 5:07 (10:11) Arciniaga gets a gap of a couple meters on the field. Closed down quickly.
Mile 3: 5:01 (15:12)
Mile 4: 5:01 (20:13)
Mile 5: 5:08 (25:21) McCandless slight lead
Mile 6: 5:11 (30:32) McCandless still in lead

pace looks to fluctuate between 5 minutes and + 10 sec.
but there are hills, so you are talking 5 minute pace flat ish.
it is going to get hotter, but look for negative splits, which means at some point you'll see a 450 mile.
