Greetings, fellow runners!
Recently, at a stadium I visit, I saw an athletics coach who was training a bunch of students. I kindly asked him to let me join the process, so as to better my techniques and style eventually.
He noticed something that had earlier bugged me as well.
During running, especially if it is fast, I tend NOT to lift my right knee as high as I lift the left one. It is as if my right knee were leaving behind.
I tried doing several exercises that involve the right and left leg separately, and I feel like my right leg and foot are relatively stiff, rigid, not so moveable. I don't feel pain, gladly.
What would you advise me? Doctors have checked if I have scoliosis and I'm fine. Hip joints are fine, too.
Thanks in advance!
