and you chose some outlier race to feed your frenzy. Drew Hunter runs a 13:xx 5K for Loudoun Valley, so what would that make his 11-mile time average out to?

You should try the websleuths.com message board on this case. You think you're confused now, you'll never figure it out after reading those threads.

A timeline would be appreciated but this case seems to have attracted some rather odd characters.

found it. this race team made one race and folded in 2005, which is about par for the course that AM plays on.

the woman was dumped off a dirt path in the woods where mason ave commerce center is. the daytona please dept is right there also and a nascar garage is pinpointed. the kangaroo gas station where the phone booth man caled is at the intersection at bill france st. the paper said the other 2 women was dumped nearby there too

I will go with your theory that all of these Withdrawn auto races & slowass cross country races were really 'cover alibi' dates for dirty matters. The ARC DeHooker #73 racing team down in florida makes sense with the 4 dead hookers. You have Stassi's 11.16.13 cross country date contradicting the plumber guy. The February 6th Battle of Trenton race withdraw coincides with that piano teacher, throw in the black tricorn hat. And now the more recent 1.30.16 Atlantic City 150 auto race would help put "engineer" Eisenhauer in the New Jersey area instead of tooling around Blacksburg.

Gunselman Motorsports either pulled a DNQ or classicly withdrew from this 8.22.09 Bristol Speedway race southwest of Blacksburg Virginia. maybe they was angry they didn't make the big time race. really angry. 4 days later those two VT students were shot at Caldwell Fields. if these guys really did race "engineering" work for the team, we (may) have motive:

^If they really worked for Gunselman Motorsports at that August 2009 race, it would certainly place them in the area around the time of that shooting. Interestingly enough, Gunselman Motorsports permanantly changed their name to Max Q Motorsports the same week. Still a bit of a stretch.
