In the 5000m it’s possible. In Paris she ran 14:15, and it was cat and mouse. The problem is to get a pacemaker right. You have to get one good enough to run the race, to 3000m at least, and it’s not easy to find that.
Looks like the training is just reducing the workouts to more quality sessions instead of 3 a week. Stay away from speed work because she has the turnover already, and build the mileage up.
Pretty simple. You want to run fast, train fast.
