Who?
Let's get it correct that it was 2003 where he won Gold in 10.07. (The year of the BALCO bust where all the top runners didn't show or ran bad)
He first ran sub 10 in 2002. His 9.98 from 2002 (age 26) remained his PR all the way up to 2013 when he ran 9.97 (age 37). He bettered his PR in 2014 with a 9.96 (age 38).
Last year he ran 9.98 making it three years in a row with a sub 10 after going 9 straight years from 2004 through 2012 without dipping under 10.
It's probably the strangest progression I have ever seen.
Are we going to see him run sub 10 this summer at age 40?
His current fitness says so.

How is it obvious he doped?

You must be new around here?
Oops, sorry rojo, that didn't come out right. I have actually misquoted you by accident. So my joke falls flat.
As much of a Kim Collins fan as I am, I do have to say that there is an asterisk associated with him - he has failed a drug test before (the steroid Salbutamol for asthma - at therapeutic and not performance enhancing doses, which he failed to disclose). However, who's to say that this TUE hasn't helped with his longevity?

Look at the stats in the link provided, and tell me when exactly he started doping. IF it's so clear, "very apparent", and "obvious", point to the year this obvious action began, and explain how you know.
If you looked at that progression and assumed he started to dope somewhere I'd say 2011.
The previous 5 years (starting at age 30) he showed signs of slowing. Pretty normal.
Then at age 35 he gets back to near PR form and earns a medal.
Then he actually betters his 11 year old PR after that. And betters it again after that.
Usually someone who runs their best in their late 30s is someone who didn't run seriously in his 20s.
But he was a world champions at age 26.
He certainly did some kind of higher level training in his late 30s that he didn't do in his 20s.

???
2006 - 10.33
2007 - 10.14
2008 - 10.05
2009 - 10.15
2010 - 10.20
2011 - 10.00
from 06 -> 08 he started dropping back down.
The info doesn't tell us anything . injuries, training, life .. what year was the kerfuffle with his team selection? I'm sure that messed with his training, his mental fitness, his approach and motivation, etc, etc ...
The point being that it's hardly 'obvious' about anything much at all.
Not that it proves anything but Kim Collins is one of the only guys SprintGeezer believed to be clean. The difference between 9.98 (run 3 times age 26) and 9.96 (his PB age 37) is wind and other minute factors. Perhaps the other sprinters his age declined because they stopped doping.
Bonds and Clemens also showed that kind of gradual decline until around age 35, when their performances became unreal.
You can't run this fast at this age without some sort of 'help'.
He is 'doping' for sure.
more excuses for absolute doper.
without tis peptide not possible
others had roids/hgh up to late 30s ,stil far off.
when started wit igf-1
cud be 2007 like many other jamicans.
nd then learned to perfect wit testoster.etc for real gains
He's a great guy, fantastic sportsman from what I've heard. But he's dirty as sin
just like gatlin is or bolt nowadays(had proper roids previous)
amazing ped and effect on nerves sys.
