Why don't we just let horses run in the Olympics. how about jet planes? I feel like i'm one with the plane, I'm a plane. NO. I'm a missle, i have always felt like a missile. I win the 400 in 1.3 seconds.
Horses are allowed in the Olympics, and so are bicycles, and boats. I would only allow events into the Olympics that do not require expensive equipment. Things like horse riding, sailing, rowing need to all be axed from the Olympics. There is a very strong argument to make the Olympics just open competition because it is ridiculous that the sexes are discriminated against like this in the modern world. You should not be a giving a large slab of prize money to someone who finishes 31st in a road race just because they are a woman - that's not right.
These feelings don't work for race. When that white woman became head of the Tacoma NAACP she was run out of town when it was found out she was reallly white..[/quote]

Agreed...It didn't work out too well for this guy either.
Have any of u ever had immense yearnin ' to scream slurs like Michael Richards whilst running the 880yd dash, dressed as a female bolshevik. Wearing an October revolution hat on, self identified as a cat, running into the horizontal jump pit, take a big poop and cover it with the sand like a litterbox? I'm The guy in Munich who took the thunder from shorter in the men marathon. I'm Norbert Soohousenheimler.

What will happen with the athletes though?

They are not an athlete they are a product. Products adjust to the market. Transgendering is "IN". Whatever is in must be accomodated. It's supply/demand. The public wants Caitlyns. They will get Caitlyns.

The International Olympic Committee received proposed guidelines at its 'Consensus Meeting on Sex Reassignment and Hyperandrogenism'
The policy change would allow transgender athletes to compete without having gender reassignment surgery
It would allow transgender athletes to compete after one year of hormone replacement therapy and no surgery is required
The change would be in line with NCAA standards in the United States
So the tribe has bribed its way into control of the IOC. lol
Abolish the Fed, and then they lose most of their ability to fund their lobbies, fund their 'members' forays into politics, funding fellow tribesmen in starting businesses (gee, where does that money come from? lol), among all the other deviltry they're involved in, like the immigration in Europe, the US, the West.

If Caitlin is packing less than 5 inches compared to say 8, is that acceptable?

I saw this article myself and the headline grabbed my attention but then I calmed down a little bit. A few thoughts.
1) I'm more concerned about the development from a few months ago that Intersex athletes can compete in Rio WITHOUT ANY hormonal treatment. The transgender athletes at least have to take one year of hormonal treatment.
2) I'm more than willing to let any female turned male to compete without any treatment.
The NCAA has had the "one year of hormone therapy rule" in place for transgender athletes since 2011. How many division one transgender women athletes can anyone on this board name?
Transgender women who have female levels of T will NEVER dominate women's sport.
There is a trans triathlete (Chris Mosier), but she identifies as a man
Is there any good athlete in track or triathlon who identify as women and could be contenders at the Olympics (I guess that they would have had to start their hormonal therapy a few months ago however)?
We will certainly see a few at the WC next year however.

The reference to Chris Mosier is totally odd - there is absolutely no chance a woman that identifies as a man could make the Olympic team in any sex segregated sport. I'm not sure why they picked Mosier as an example - duathlon isn't an Olympic sport and he's not any good competing against men.

There will be roughly nine hundred women competing in the 2017 IAAF world championships. Statistically, three or four of these women should be transgender.
I will bet anyone on this board $100 that not more than one transgender woman will compete in 2017 Worlds. We can let either of the brojos hold the money (they know who I am).
Any takers?
If I had to do it again, clearly a lisp and a tutu and I could have won Golds in all the events from 100 through to 800. I'd have won the LJ and the TJ, and medaled in the high jump. I might have been able to medal in the 1500.
And I could have done it for at least 3 Olympics.
I'd be Michelle Phelps.
International track and field continues to sideline itself as a freak show and carnival event

It's been done!
http://www.cc.com/video-clips/q1vuhl/futurama-coilette-from-roboniaFallon Fox is a transgender who identifies as woman in the UFC.
So the pandora box has already been opened...
IAAF is not breaking new ground here...
Nobody here knows any good male athlete (potential Women medalist) who is a transgender?
...Fox does not have her testicles anymore, which is a significant difference, but...

It was more of a sack than a box.
I'm a post op trans woman and I really don't think this is a good idea.
I would hope that testosterone levels will be monitored for anyone competing in this situation. Of course there's nothing else preventing them from just not taking their T blockers before competition or in training! It's litterally a built in PED that they could activate by just stopping their anti androgen medication.
Call me a bigot or whatever, but I think the original policy allowing a trans woman to compete only after being 2 years without testes was more than fair.
I know this is a tender subject in the trans community at large, but in my view transitioning while keeping the dick and balls is just ridiculous.
The problem is nutty SJW "non op" trans women wanting to be included in everything.
